  • Week 4

    Correction for last week. I lost a total of 13 for last week and with my 4.2 this week that makes a total of 17.2 gone.

    What have I noticed:

    1. My body hurts as it is readjusting

    2. I have to pee alot as I am drinking more water

    3. My pants won't stay up which can be hazardous at work
