  • Week 7

    Alright the weight loss adventure continues. This weeks loss was 4.6 for a grand total of 26.2!

    What have I learned so far or what have I tried to learn? Well I have tried to learn what satisfied is. So often we try to figure out if we are "full" or not. This in itself leads to eating more to find that full line and some times in doing so we go over the line.

    What I have tried to do is find where I am satisfied and the level that will keep me satisfied to my next snack break or meal. This allows me to not worry about my next snack/meal. It is all a process and will be till I die.
