Heartwalk update: I have been able to consistently do 2.75 – 3 miles in an hour over the past week of training. So I am good to go from a distance stand point to do the 3 miles of the walk in the 3 hours allotted. Thanks to all that have donated to WE HEART CHUCK and supporting our campaign. YOU folks are all rock stars!
Everyone-Talks Podcast: With getting ready for the walk the podcast has been on the back burner. I have a new section of the show written and most of the audio examples laid out on my soundscape. This episode will be more chuck centric and will focus on the pilot. There will also be some old favorite sections making there way back as well.
