Week 2
No report for Week 2. I didn't get to weigh in as I was at a Credit Union Convention all last week. So I am bracing for a weight gain as there were no stores within walking distance to get program friendly snacks. The up side is I am back on program now that I am home.
Have a great week all!

Fat Camp 2008 and Beyond
Hey All,Well I am back on weight watchers after a long hiatus and many pounds regained. It was time. not much I can say beyond that. So the journey begins and what is to come I can not say. I am looking forward to shedding some poundage and getting to a workable weight again.
I have set my own weight goal which isn't in line with weight watchers so I will probably not make goal within their numbers but I sure do plan to make mine. I am not going to post where I am or what my goals is but I do plan to try and update my losses, gains and thoughts as I do the program.
Have a great week all!
Celtic Thunder:
Oh Mary this London's a wonderful sight
With people here workin' by day and by night
They don't sow potatoes, nor barley, nor wheat
But there's gangs of them diggin' for gold in the street
At least when I asked them that's what I was told
So I just took a hand at this diggin' for gold
But for all that I found there I might as well be
In the place where the dark Mourne sweep down to the sea.
There's beautiful girls here, Oh never you mind
Beautiful shapes nature never designed
lovely complexions of roses and cream
But let me remark with regard to the same
That if at that those roses you venture to sip
The colours might all come away on your lips
So I'll wait for the wild rose that's waitin' for me
In the place where the dark Mourne sweep down to the sea.
You remember young Davey Mc Clarin of course
Well sure, now, he's round here with the rest of the force
I saw him one day as I was crossin’ the strand
And he stopped the whole street with a wave of his hand
And as we stood talkin’ of days that are gone
The whole town of London stood there to look on
But for all his great powers he's wishful like me
To be back where the dark Mourne sweep down to the sea
But for all his great powers he's wishful like me
To be back where the dark Mourne sweep down to the sea

Long Weekend
Took an extra day to turn the 3 day holiday weekend into a 4 day weekend. Thanks to my co-workers that cover my duties so I can take a day off here and there
Lets see what did I do with my time off? Chores, house cleaning and had some free time. Had Lunch with friends on Friday afternoon, Saturday morning met some friends for breakfast. Sunday after noon was our D20 modern pen and paper game and Monday I went to see Batman with my Friend Cort. Yes, I know I know, should have seen it sooner but timing just didn't work out.
School is starting back up in this area so folks are running around and traffic is crazier for now. Western should be gearing up as well so the population is going to spike in the next couple of weeks.
On the gaming front I have been playing EQ2 with some friends. The next games on the horizon will be Star Wars the Force unleashed for the Xbox360 and Warhammer online for the PC.
Rehersal for the worship band should also be getting back into swing after a much needed summer break. Everyone should be bright eyed and bushy tailed after a long respite.

Visitors From A Far off Land
My folks are up to visit on vacation. They usually go camping some where in the state to hike and sight see what nature has to offer. This year they didn't really get any plans down so I suggested they come up to the Ham and see what Mt. Baker had to offer as I had never been there and neither had they. I think they had a good time up there and enjoyed the scenery. To bad this is the week the clouds decided to roll in and hide the mountain. Today they will be going down town to see what the bay has to offer. Maybe see what chuckanut drive has to show them as well.
While they are out playing. I am at the office working away. My 20 year class re-union was this past weekend. I didn't make it over but from what I have been reading on the alumni site and the picutres that are being posted on peoples facebook sites. I think everyone had a really good time and enjoyed catching up with friends they hadn't talked to in some time. It is funny how time gets away from us and we lose track of friends.
Well coffee break is over back to the grind. Have a great week all!
